The kitchen draws inspiration from the local Thai-Chinese community, reimagining familiar flavours in unexpected forms through a multi-course tasting selection. Its philosophy is built around the five elements of salt, acid, spice, texture, and the Maillard reaction. While the offerings evolve, the restaurant has become known for certain signatures, such as its 14-day aged duck, which showcases a commitment to technique and process. Dishes rework established ideas, balancing tradition with a creative impulse that feels rooted in the building's legacy of careful composition.
