Dan Hong

Dan Hong has opened some of Sydney's most exciting dining destinations and is the Executive Chef of multiple restaurants for the Merivale group across the city, including Cantonese powerhouse Mr Wong and Good Luck Eating House. He can also be seen on shows like The Chefs’ Line, and his own cooking show The Streets – Hong Kong on SBS.
