Chef Dave Pynt is a pioneer of modern Australian BBQ at his Michelin-starred Singapore restaurant, Burnt Ends. Consistently ranked among Asia's and the world’s best restaurants, Burnt Ends offers an open-kitchen dining experience, based around a scorching hot, four-ton brick kiln and bespoke grills. Pynt learnt many of his most important grilling chops at the legendary Asador Etxebarri in Spain before settling in Singapore.
