Vicky Lau

Vicky Lau is one of Asia’s most prominent and well-respected chefs, whose design background has informed a cuisine that is as beautiful as it is delicious at her two-Michelin-star Hong Kong restaurant, Tate Dining Room. Her stable also includes French-Chinese-inspired Mora; Jija, a lively bistro focused on the cuisine of southwestern China; and lifestyle concept Date by Tate.

FUN FACT: Lau is a keen amateur ceramist and has made thousands of ceramics in her spare time.
